COVID-19 POLICIES

The virus that causes COVID-19 can be spread to others by infected persons who have few or no symptoms. Because of the hidden nature of this threat, it is the policy of this business to require the following:

**Please understand that we require a negative COVID-19 test taken within 10 days of appointments for new clients.**

1. FACE COVERING REQUIRED IN ORDER TO ENTER AND REMAIN ON PREMISES. All persons over the age of ten (10), including lash technicians, employees, customers, visitors, invitees and contractors (“Patrons”), who enter this business must wear a face covering over their nose and mouth.

2. SOCIAL DISTANCING PROTOCOLS. Even with the use of appropriate face coverings, individuals should maintain six feet of social distancing whenever possible despite the close proximity for the duration of the appointment.

a. Patrons of the business queuing or waiting inside or on the premises of the business must maintain six (6) feet of separation from other individuals outside their household.

3. VIOLATIONS. Patrons who do not wear a face covering will be asked to leave the premises and will not be provided goods or services until the face covering requirements are followed.

4. ILLNESS. Patrons who do contract COVID-19 will be asked to wait for the duration of one month following the final day of their required quarantine before booking their first returning appointment.

5. NOTICE AND SIGNAGE. Notice of this Health and Safety Policy will be posted in a conspicuous location of the business and on the website with this documentation available upon request. All final appointment decisions will be left to the discretion of the business owner.

 

POLICIES

1. ALL APPOINTMENT SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the cost of products and amount of time that lash appointments require, all sales are final as a result of compensation being exchanged for expertise, time, and technique as well and product provided.

2. PRODUCT RETURNS ARE UP LEFT TO THE DISCRETION OF THE OWNER. Products that appear to be tampered with, are expired, or are final sale are subject to be denied return.

3. SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNTS ARE UPDATED MONTHLY. Customers are responsible for all monthly payments while subscribed. Missed payments will result in 

4. ALL OFF DAY APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A 20% PRICE INCREASE.
